Return shipping

Return shipping is free if the product arrives damaged, defective or incorrect. In all other cases, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Retaggio offers a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery on all items purchased on our website, under the rules below.

• The warranty covers defects related to technical manufacturing aspects and/or the materials used in production. If the item cannot be repaired, an identical or similar item of the same value will be offered.
• Not covered: natural oxidation, improper use, negligence, accidents of any kind, contact with chemical agents that may damage the materials, or any modification that compromises the integrity of the product.
• For items out of warranty, contact us to check whether an adjustment or repair is possible, subject to availability, cost and a service fee.
